Those who worked for manual testing from long time they find difficulty to switch automation as it involves some coding knowledge and configuration. On an average to set up solid and robust automation framework takes nearly 15days to 1 month of time. Especially those who are switching from manual to Automation it feels like consuming lot of efforts. Many people opt for tools that are available in the market however some companies charges a lot and management finds spending on tools just for automation is useless sometime.
